Helping organizations deliver on what they promise, consistently.

I work with leadership teams and boards to help organizations deliver on what they promise to customers, employees, and the market.

My work focuses on aligning strategy, operations, and accountability, particularly during periods of growth, transition, or complexity.

Across companies of all sizes, I’ve seen a consistent pattern:

Organizations rarely fail because of lack of ambition. They struggle when promises outpace systems.

This is especially common during early growth, when founders are moving quickly, teams are forming in real time, and expectations are being set faster than operating models can mature.

As organizations scale, promises multiply across marketing, sales, product, and operations. Without intentional alignment, this creates internal strain, customer confusion, and erosion of trust.

My advisory work helps leaders identify where promises are drifting and how to realign teams, decisions, and operating models around what can be delivered consistently and credibly.

Perspective

My work is advisory in nature and focused at the executive level. I typically help leaders with:

  • Founder and executive alignment during early and growth stages

  • Board and leadership advisory through periods of change

  • Operational clarity tied to customer promises

  • Governance and accountability across teams

  • Translating strategy into operational reality

Work

My career started in business consulting at The Gallup Organization where I had the honor of introducing Strengths Finder and First Break All The Rules to companies throughout Latin America. The foundational principles of focusing on people’s strengths and caring for employees so they care for customers are at the foundation of my professional work. Over the span of 25+ years, I’ve been a co-founder, VP, CEO, CRO, Advisor and what I call Business Therapist.

I’ve built and led companies, and I’ve worked closely with founders navigating the transition from early traction to sustainable growth, when informal decisions, heroic effort, and implicit promises begin to strain.

That experience informs how I work with leadership teams today: grounded in the realities of building, operating, and scaling organizations.

Over time, this work has evolved into a broader framework I refer to as Promise Alignment: a way of examining how organizations define, communicate, and deliver on what they commit to.

This perspective is also being articulated in a forthcoming book, Promise Drift, which explores how misaligned promises emerge and why they persist inside modern organizations.
